Dimensional Inspection

Dimensional Inspection and visual inspection are essential for all manufactured parts. Due to modern CNC controlled measuring devices CASTING GROUP is able to guarantee dimensions up to one hundredth of one millimeter.

During the whole production process dimensional inspections take place at defined steps.

After finishing the processing, the final inspection takes place on the CNC-controlled measuring tables up to x = 10,000 mm y = 2,000 mm and z = 2,000 mm.
